崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司的日常行政管理工作;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)公司關(guān)于會(huì)議的會(huì)議工作,做好會(huì)前、會(huì)中、會(huì)后各項(xiàng)工作;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)做好公司文件和資料的管理;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)做好日常考勤、休假、調(diào)休、請(qǐng)假記錄,統(tǒng)計(jì)員工出勤情況;
5. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助協(xié)助公司設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)翻譯工作及公司日常翻譯工作;
6. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助相關(guān)部門處理行政事務(wù)及撰寫部門對(duì)內(nèi),對(duì)外的文書、函件及報(bào)告;
7. 完成上級(jí)交給的其他事務(wù)性工作。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company's daily administrative work;
2. Responsible for meeting preparation tasks, including pre-, during and after the meeting;
3. Take charge of company documents/data/information management;
4. Take charge of daily attendance, vacations, days off, leave records of company staffs;
5. Responsible for assisting Architects with translation work and company’s daily translation work;
6. Responsible for assisting the relevant departments to deal with administrative matters and writing departments internal and external documents, letters and reports;
7. Other assessment from senior level.
任職資格:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,有國(guó)外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者或者有建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
2. 熟練使用現(xiàn)代辦公設(shè)備,具有優(yōu)秀的中英文讀寫能力;
3. 具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神以及很強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力,有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4. 做事細(xì)致耐心,有良好的職業(yè)道德和服務(wù)意識(shí)。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, oversea study experience or with experience in architectural planning and design firm is preferred;
2. Familiar with all modern office software, excellent English in both written and speaking abilities;
3. Have a good team spirit and strong communication skills, relevant work experience is preferred;
4. Have meticulous patience with detailed work, a good work ethic and sense of service.
