任職資格：
1、建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、對建筑設(shè)計有熱情、有追求，思維敏銳、活躍，有良好的設(shè)計領(lǐng)悟力；
3、有較強(qiáng)的方案設(shè)計能力或較強(qiáng)的施工圖經(jīng)驗，基本功扎實，能熟練運用 AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP或其他施工圖繪制軟件；
4、工作具有主動性，善于學(xué)習(xí)，謙虛、誠實，具有團(tuán)隊合作精神；
5、有大型甲級設(shè)計院或境外建筑事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。


> Bachelor degree or above in architect design or related disciplines；
> Good work ethic, and design perception
> Good concept design ability or experience in working drawing, good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop , SketchUp, 3DMax, and MS-Office；
> Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated；
>Have experience in well-known design office or working overseas would be considered first.
