崗位職責(zé)：
Responsibilities:
1、此職位將協(xié)助地產(chǎn)策劃經(jīng)理開展工作，重點在于地產(chǎn)行業(yè)與市場分析，產(chǎn)品定位，參與項目執(zhí)行，負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)營銷報告的撰寫。
This position will support the activities of the manager and focus primarily on real estate industry and market analysis, product positioning, project implementation and responsible for writing marketing report.

任職資格：
Qualifications:
1、專科及以上學(xué)歷，房地產(chǎn)、建筑設(shè)計、市場營銷、經(jīng)濟管理、新聞廣告等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
College degree or superior in real estate, architectural design, marketing, economic management, press advertising etc.;
2、具有2年以上房地產(chǎn)市場策劃工作經(jīng)驗；
Minimum 2 years of work experience in real estate marketing and planning;
3、具備較高的悟性以及良好的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，對房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)具有一定的基礎(chǔ)知識；
With a high aptitude and good learning attitude, have basic knowledge of real estate development;
4、富有激情和創(chuàng)意，具備優(yōu)秀的文案功底、文字組織能力及資料收集能力。
Passionate and creative; excellent writing skills and information collection ability.
